Return to store
If you would like to return your item(s) to store, please bring along your receipt if purchased in store or your order dispatch email, either on your device or printed out, for web orders. A member of staff will be happy to help issue a refund or exchange.
All refunds will be given by the same method as your original payment. If you do not have the original payment method, then an exchange or credit note will be issued. If you’re returning an item bought as part of a multi-buy or buy one get one free offer, you will only be refunded the product’s price in proportion to the total offer. This does not affect your right to return faulty items with proof of purchase. This returns policy is in addition to and does not affect your legal rights.

We are proud of the quality of our products and as such, if you find that your products arrive with you in an unsatisfactory condition, please return via one of our verified methods above.
Returning Food Products (confectionery, fruit, nuts and seeds):
If you find any of our food products in a state not for human consumption, please get in touch through our contact form.
Lost or damaged parcels
If you have any lost or missing products from your order then please contact our Customer Care team via our contact form Lost parcels must be reported within 30 days of the dispatch date.
We will not be liable for any loss should you fail to do this.
We take great care to ensure your items reach you in good condition. However, if you are unfortunate to receive a damaged item, you can contact our Customer Care team with details of the damage via our contact form and we will happily refund or replace it once the fault or damage is agreed.
How long will my refund take?

Your order will be automatically cancelled if it has not been collected within 14 days. Please allow 5 working days for your refund. We will issue a refund to the payment method used to pay for the order.
Delivery:
