BFG is brilliant
Brilliant! Helped with my child who just never sleeps! This helps him (myself) have a full 5-6 hours sleep! I spray all over his body and feet after his bath and it really helps to calm him down.

Great for restless little sleepers
I brought this for my granddaughters as have a tendency to wake up in the night. Works a treat. It’s not put on every night. Probs every 3 days. And only a couple of sprays not the amount stated on the bottle. Will buy again.
