Great purchase
I love this product since it contains a good amount of vitamin D which the scientific literature clearly shows that the optimal Vitam D intake is mush higher than the RDA. It also contains the perfect t amount of iodine.

Better You (and better me too)
I was taking another brand multi Vit and I believe it was giving me too many Vitamins and minerals that As a vegan I did not need. This spray was recommended by a friend. Just a few days use and I felt better. I can certainly recommend it to Vegans.
