I buy these on a regular basis and am very happy with them.I was looking for an alternative to fish oil capsules as do not like the aftertaste and these seemed to be the answer to increase my omega 3 intake.

Gooey texture slight unpleasant after taste
A very soft to Bite chewable sweet. the fruit flavours do come through strong but chewing for a while you can taste the unpleasent fish oil . Still early days to tell results but much better than liquid supliment and a nice change from swallowing tablets
