Directions:
Bring 1lt of water for every 100g pasta to the boil. Add pasta and simmer for 5-7 minutes then drain and serve.
Store cool and dry.

I love Spelt pasta but I local refill shop doesn’t sell it. Contrary to the photos, this comes in a paper wrapping which is the next best thing for me!
