great for gluten free baking
Have just tried new gluten free oatmeal and raisin recipe with the flour and was great. Very, very fast delivery by H&B. Great service

Great for cakes
I can't eat wheat flour anymore, so had to substitute for millet. I tried it out with a cake, and although having a similar texture to polenta cake, it was still delicious.

Better avaliability
Product is fine and just what I needed. The postage and packing unfortunately made it very expensive, with 2 coeliac daughters I have to make bread for them, could do with a better shop selection, though I understand limited store space.

Good product
Good product but do feel it is a little pricey for how much. Does the job and happy it is gluten free!
