Don’t waste your money.
Terrible. No energising effects felt whatsoever. I’ve previously used ‘my protein’ pre-workout and experienced seriously elevated energy and on occasion a tingling sensation on my arms and cheeks. I could take this C4 before bed and wouldn’t know any different. Never buying …
