It’s a struggle we know all too well at Creative Nature and so, we wanted to do something about it. Not only is this baking mix top 14 allergen free but our packaging also boasts both a standard and vegan recipe, so that no one is left out and they are so easy to bake. Not only are our vegan baking mixes perfect for beginners but they’re easy desserts for a crowd to impress with your baking talents. JUST ADD
• 250ml of your favourite Milk
• 110ml Vegetable Oil (or 100g melted coconut oil)
HOW TO MAKE
• Preheat oven to 180°C/400°F/Gas Mark 4.
• Pour the ingredients and this mix into a bowl and give a good stir. Feel free to dance, sing and make merriment whilst mixing, just try to keep mess to a minimum!
• For a single layer cake, pour into an 8 inch (20cm) greaseproof cake tin. For 2 layers, use 2 mini cake tins.
• Pop in the oven for about 25 mins, then remove and allow to cool before icing.
• If you can’t wait 30 mins for the cake, it will still taste yummy! We do love the icing too though.
FOR THE ICING (not included in this packet)
• 130g Icing Sugar (or powdered coconut sugar)
• 3 heaped tbsp Creative Nature Cacao Powder
• 80g Dairy Free Spread / Softened Butter
• Splash of Milk (optional)
WHIP IT UP
• Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl but be careful with the powdered sugar as it loves to fly in the air as you stir. Start slow and steady, then up the tempo until you get a super smooth mix (sing a Soul song into the bowl for extra smoooth).
• Too thick? Add a splash of milk
Store mix in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Baked bread can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days, or in the freezer for up to 2 months.

Easy Allergen free Baking
My sister in law is both gluten and dairy avoidant for health reasons and she said the cake and cupcakes made with this mix were perfectly moist and delicious. They are rather dense and heavy when compared to a regular sponge, but mahbe thats for the best as then not as much…

Good taste but did not rise
Tasted good but did not rise at all in a 20cm tin, was literally the same height as when I put it in the oven... So I had to make a sandwich out of it. It was a nice cake in 2 layers but would need to double, maybe triple the bags for a decent cake next time.
