Quick acting yeast
I bought the yeast to practice my bread techniques for college and I hve found more pliable than fresh yeast as it’s shelf life is longer.

I tried to make a GF bread but the yeast didn’t raise. I’m not sure the the GF flour was to heavy for that but the yeast seems that didn’t work.
