I've been using Damiana as glandular support since I started training seriously in weights and martial arts as a teenager. Still training now at 55 and still using Damiana.

Daminia leaves
I've been taking these for about a week now.. I feel more at peice but not done much for my labido that still on the run holding after a few more weeks it will find the lol devil and bring it back.. I do miss it
