Blend 3 x flat tablespoons 34g powder, with 300ml milk, plant milk or water for cold application. Hot application, stir a small amount of water with 3 tablespoons (34g) powder to form a thick paste, then add 250-300ml hot milk, plant-milk or water and stir. Do not exceed stated dose.
