Been eating these for about 3 months & ive noticed such a massive difference to my skin First 2 months were rough for my period pains but 3rd month there was barely any pain and im so happy that my skins a lot better and my periods are less heavier they werent really heavy…

Great for the menopause

I NEVER HAD ANY OF THE USUAL SYMPTOMS OF THE MENOPAUSE THANKS TO PRIMROSE OIL, AND I HAVE RECOMMENDED IT TO MY FRIENDS.
