Good Omega 3 source
Good mix of Omega 3 and Omega 6 oils. The quantity in the recommended two tablet dose is in line with the official recommended daily allowance. The soft capsules are easy to swallow and don't burst in the mouth.

A rare vegan one!
Not sure how to write feedback as its a supplement that you don't really feel the effect of, I just take it as a vegan who doesn't eat a lot. Hasn't changed my life particularly but its nice to get one with 3, 6 and 9 in one capsule that also doesn't have fish oil or gelatin…
