Hunger Cravings.
The Glucomannan is great with diet food and prevents hunger cravings. Take a half pint or pint of water with the capsules 30 minutes before a meal and you feel full. The chromium helps with weight loss. The glucomannan expands in the stomach telling the brain you are full.
