Good for thickening hair
Silica Complex is my go to product when my hair is out of sorts. I lost a lot thru shedding while on the menopause. A couple of months on these showed a marked improvement to the condition and thickness of my hair I also saw improvements in my nails and skin too

These are amazing n totally deliver what they promise. I have been using them for several years now, n I’m very happy with the results. I’m nearly 70 but still get compliments on my skin, hair n nails. You will not be disappointed…best supplement around.
