Glucosamine and Chondroitin pills

I have used this produce for years, but, on a whim, I bought a similar product from another shop. Within two weeks my ankles and knees were feeling very uncomfortable and aching. Now recovering after returning to Holland and Barrett. Lesson learnt!!!!
