Gluten free option
I feel the other reviews are mean. H&B are great from providing this alternative. I think I bought it over 6 times. It was a way I could have cereal on my Candida diet. When I stopped eating wheat/gluten.

Essential
Compared to the old version of this you get approx. 1/3 of the amount. However, I give the product 4 stars because it’s absolutely essential to me because I make my own cereal with this as, due to medical reasons, I can’t buy standard cereal from shops.
