Good for so many things
I use these pumpkin seeds for everything. For breakfast I put them on my porridge every day. I add them to my soup at serving, and put them in my homemade sourdough bread. They are delicious.in so many ways

Organic Pumkin Seeds
Organic seeds are becoming too expensive and so it's great when H&B put on their offers of (bogof). Pumkin seeds are so good, dry fried and included in salads or stir frys and i also grind them up with other seeds and nuts to go on cereals and smoothies.

Good Quality Pumpkin Seeds, and Organic too
These pumpkin seeds are of good quality (i.e. good flavour and taste fresh), and being available in larger packs was a big positive as I use daily in my porridge. Holland and Barrett's extra cost for the organic seeds was also very reasonable, and I think worth paying to avo…
