Pearl Spelt - a Perfect Addition to Soups & Stews

A great texture for soups along with legumes . Pearl spelt provides protein and fibre and is a thoroughly tasty addition to any soup or casserole .

Incredibly tasty and filling

Pearled spelt is hard to find in Bristol shops, but I’ve finally found it in Holland& Barrett. This one is really tasty and so healthy. I use it in vegetable and pulse soups, and it adds both creaminess and a nice bit of texture.
