I've been using these for a few weeks now along with a healthy diet and I have lost a few pounds but you need to stick to your diet if they are to help otherwise it's a waste of time taking them

Brilliant Supplement
I have a bowel condition called diverticulosis which causes constipation, these fibre formula are the best supplement I have used, they are excellent for bowel movement and tummy pain.

Great source of fibre.
Great source of fibre. However, it is not a quick fix. You need to give it about a week but after it works like a charm. I am very pleased with this purchase and will likely buy it again.
