Best Value Soy Protein
This is the best value Soy Protein I have found, much prefer it to Quorn. Shame though that it is usually displayed on the bottom shelf, I always forget and can never find it!!

MAKES A FAB HEALTHY SPAG BOL
Have used this soya in my cooking for many years, much prefer it to many similar well known brands. Makes a fab spaghetti Bol once I add onion garlic chopped toms herbs etc
