This gut-health supporting cereal focuses on supporting your gut biodiversity through a variety of plants in your diet, alongside seed clusters which provide friendly bacteria and a source of calcium contributing to the normal function of digestive enzymes. Created with mango, raisins, grains, seeds and nuts, as well as tiger nuts, beetroot – which turns the milk pink - and lentils. This blend of gluten free, no added sugar cereal (contains natural occurring sugars), has added calcium and bacillus coagulans. Making it very much a bowl of yummy for the tummy! Plus, studies have shown that eating at least 30 different plants a week can contribute to a healthy lifestyle. Directions:
