This master blend combines warming ginger, earthy turmeric and refreshing citrus tones to create a soothing cuppa that is the perfect pick-me-up. Subtle notes of black pepper add a little zing to this flavoursome blend, while cumin and cardamom bring a touch of sweet spiciness.

How to use?

Directions:
Brewing Instructions Step 1: Steep for 3 to 4 minutes in freshly boiled water. Step 2: Remove the tea bag and enjoy. Great as a reflective hot drink. For an iced tea, chill the hot brewed tea and pour over ice for a refreshing way to hydrate.
