Good value but not what I really wanted
The order was easily done and product arrived well. However I have found it too time consuming to cook as a porridge replacement. So I have used quinoa flakes instead. I couldn't find any flakes on the H&B site.

Weird texture
This quinoa was really odd. It turned into a mushy consistency when cooked. I've been cooking quinoa for 20 years. Maybe it was just a bad batch but wouldn't buy again.
