Great alternative to keep carbs down.
I love finding pasta alternatives that I can eat! It’s a lot more expensive than regular pasta but as I don’t eat it very often it works for me. Make sure you season it as it’s very bland.

If you are trying to cut back on carbs and calories then these are great! They bulk out a meal and help you overcome the lack of pasta in the dish. They do smell initially but rinse them thoroughly and once warmed up, sauce added they do not smell anymore neither do they tas…
