This tea.is just a million times nicer than any other night time tea I have tried! It's just so smooth and delicious and it really feels soothing I always get two cups from each bag too.

So calming
Me and my partner share 1 bag a night and get 4 cups from it! It really helps us both wind down and sleep well, and it doesn't have the pond water taste some other night time teas have. I love it!
