Effectively unblocks my nose while I sleep
When I've got a cold I put a few drops on my pillow before bed and it effectively unblocks my nose while I sleep. Sometimes I wake and have to add a few more drops if I'm really bunged up, but generally it's the most effective method I've found for a good night's sleep.
