Delicious and nutritious addition to breakfast. I add a few spoons to my porridge. You can add to yogurt and stewed apple . Love the taste of Linwoods Menogligna. Lots of B vitamins to help with a busy active life.

It tastes delicious on its own and adds a lovely crunch and taste to salads, pasta dishes and tray bakes. I wish I'd found this earlier. Having been ignored by doctors, I have high hopes that Menoligna will help improve my diminishing confidence.
