Great breakfast topper
We love these shelled hemp seeds on our breakfasts and salads… plus my daughter eats them by the spoonful. They’re a bit pricey, but we try and catch them when they’re on offer. Great addition to our diets.

Great productivity of plenty of use and benefits
I love everything about hemp: its taste, and It’s health benefit. I regular use it in oil form too. I use shelled hemp to add to salads and it tastes divine.
