Excellent low calorie alternative to cheese

Makes for a nutty, tasty addition to any meal, great on pasta especially if trying to save on calories without the cheese, this is a good alternative and its packed full of vitamins which is a bonus. But works well sprinkled on most dishes. Some people might dislike the flak…
