Have it every morning on toast
I love this esp because there is no added salt and I love the taste too of course, though it is a little more difficult to spread than Marmite.

Great substitute
A great “marmite” version for Celiacs. Marmite has wheat in it so I am unable to eat it. I have used it for years in cooking and on toast etc. Tastes just like marmite.
