Our large, family size, smooth cashew butter tub is made using 96% cashews and a dash of sunflower oil. The cashews are roasted, then ground to produce a perfectly smooth texture.
Cashews are technically not a nut but the seed of the cashew apple, a tree that grows in tropical climates in South America, India and Africa.

Delicious and fantastic for weaning baby
I put this on anything because it is so delicious, especially on sourdough with some banana or blueberries on top. But I also use it for weaning my little one, to check for peanut allergy at 6m and now to add to his breakfast once in a while.
