WHEATGERM OIL I'D RECOMMEND
Wheatgerm oil is a lovely oil for the skin and hair. Wheatgerm converts to vitamin E if taken orally. I'm not sure if you can take this oil orally but I'd definitely recommend it for the skin and hair. It's mositurising and healing and with regular use does heal any marks…
