Great product. I feel like my skin and nails have improved alot since taking these. I've been taking them for a couple of years now. I haven't noticed any difference to my hair though

really impressed with the hair skin and nails gummies the taste and texture is really nice and fruity and easy enough to incorporate into daily routine. 2 a days so the pot lasts 1 month i have noticed some benefits with the vitamins and with longer use hope to see more
