Directions:
Suggested use - Adults: Add 15g (approx. 2 tablespoons) of powder to black coffee or smoothie and stir for 1 minute or until dissolved. For best results add all ingredients in to a blender, blend and enjoy. STORE IN A COOL DRY PLACE

Great for Keto
This stuff is great, tastes a little vanilla to me so I add it to coffee a couple of times in the morning and it helps keep me in Ketosis, the sweeter flavour means I dont feel the need to add anything else to my drinks
