I have tried this mix in porridge and smoothie bowls so far and I can really feel and notice a difference in my digestion and overall well-being. The portion sizes available in each packet are generous and will definitely be purchasing again!

Tasty and good value
Ive been adding the recommended amount 20g to 30g of oat bran, 100ml of milk and putting it innthe microwave for 2 minutes, and its really tasty! Cant comment on any health benefits so far but happy to continue to use it. Gojng to try it added to greek yoghurt soon.
