Great overnight oats with protein
I make this up in a jam jar the night before so I can pack in my bag to have at work for breakfast after a pre work gym session. Easy to mix up and I like the taste, might be sweet for others but I have a sweet tooth so enjoyed this. Also kept me feeling full.

I bought this as a lot of the other gluten free porridges aren’t available. Unfortunately this powdery formula consists of a really sickly, false blueberry smell. The “blueberry” colour also means that the porridge is a grey colour when made up. Not one I’ll be buying aga…
