A must if you can't face breakfast.
I'm on my first packet, and I'm very impressed. I add two table spoons to milk and use a hand whisk. Pour into a travel cup and drink when at work . Delicious flavour and consistency. Keeps me feeling full until lunchtime. I don't get the afternoon dip of tiredness either.

Nice taste.
Nice taste. I add to plain yoghurt and works really well. Makes it thicker and taste good. Would buy again.
