It works if you want to get rid of cholesterol. I use little bit of cinnamon every morning with my coffee. In my mug, I put about 7g of ground coffee, little bit of cinnamon and when it cools down, I use natural honey. After 6 months, my cholesterol gone from 7.8 to 5.3.
