I've been taking these for 1 year now and stopped for 3 months to see if I could do with out them. Big mistake hot flushes came back. Mood swings, anxiety felt awful. Taking them again feeling much better.

It Works
After looking for something to end these awful sweats, this product is the only thing that worked for me, takes about a week to start working, but I now have my life back. Would recommend to all women with hots flushes etc.

Excellent product
I have been taken meno joy for the last 2 months and have noticed a great improvement in my wellbeing not as irritable and the flushing not gone away completely defenetly have reduced so I have ordered another 2 months supply from yourself and I will continue using meno joy
