It's too early to say but I think these are starting to make a difference. My son has refused to take vitamins in the past but he takes these no problem as you could mistake then for sweets.

These vitamins work wonders. My 5 years old can now sleep longer than before also he doesn't wake up that often during the night.

Absolutely fantastic to give to those little ones who struggling drifting off to sleep. Both my children are on the spectrum and I’ve noticed a massive Improvement with helping them to wind down for bedtime

Been using for a few weeks. Bedtime seems smoother and the kids possibly less tired overall? Early days but I’m happy so far and the kids love the taste
