Love this Shake !
Love this meal replacement shake, it tastes great and keeps me full for a good 4-5 hours ! I don’t have much dairy so this doesn’t upset my tummy ether. The price is not bad and is about mid price range for a protein shake.

I had Chocolate
I really enjoyed having with milk, honey,extra oats , gonna get some peanut butter aswell ,,,. Drinking with just water is ok , I blends mine
