I really enjoyed having with milk, honey,extra oats , gonna get some peanut butter aswell ,,,. Drinking with just water is ok , I blends mine

Great Nutrition
This product is easy to make up and tastes delicious. A great idea if you've not been feeling well and need a bit of building up or instead of a lunch if you're too busy.

This is my 4 packet. Love it! It doesn’t aggravate my tummy and feel full as I have it for breakfast when I am in the office. I love the taste & smell. Feel energised & it’s affordable!

I like it. Lots of people are saying they only use one scoop as it says on the scoop 100ml but I’ve weighed the scoop with the powder and it’s 50g so you do need 2 scoops hope this helps x
