Directions:
Add 33 g (~ 1 heaped scoop) to 300 ml of cold water and stir, shake or blend until dissolved.

The best tasting casein
This is by far the best tasting casein powder Ive tried I mix it in my blender bottle with water about an hour before bedtime and I look forward to drinking it every night before I go to sleep

Best mixing Casien yet
Makes a perfect bedtime snack in the vanilla scoop of vanilla ice cream some egg whites a drop of vanilla extract in a few ice cubes and it blends up perfectly
