DOES WHAT IT SAYS ON THE LABEL
My brother in law takes this as he has a few ongoing issues. It has really given him a health boost and he is able to more motivated each day. He doesn't live in this country so we ship it across. Great value for money. Even got next day delivery when I ordered before 7pm
