Easy way to get pro biotic on board
I add this to my porridge every morning it’s better than swallowing the capsules imo. No tummy issues to report.

Cannot function without this
Have had ibs for 25 years. Taken prebiotics for years but these are absolutely the best for me. My ibs is 99% better.
