These vitamins are good as they are in a soft capsule, when broken open the flavour isn’t very nice if you’re struggling with nausea. I noticed like with others I do feel abit sick after taking them as well.

The product is good, but as mentioned some of others it affects the sickness, unfortunately. I bought to try, and my nausea is even harder, however not sure 100% that it might be caused by vitamins.
