Tasty and Gluten Free
Easy to cook and tasty. It can be used in a variety of recipes. I am happy it is suitable for Coeliacs.

Tasty and soft
Great plant based meat alternative. I soak it in just boiled water for five minutes, squeeze out water from them in a sieve. Then mix with desired marinade. Unlike soy tvp pieces which feel rubbery, the fava bean pea protein chunks are soft.
