Better than I thought…
I wasn’t sure about using collagen powder, thought it might clump, but I’ve so far tried it in soup, on my cereal, and stirred into yoghurt. The powder stirs in beautifully and has pretty much no taste.

Good for skin, hair and nails
6 months on and I am very happy with the results. My skin is smoother, nails and hair are stronger. You won’t see instant results, it’s a gradual process.
