Containing Cranberry extract derived exclusively from fresh cranberries, Solgar’s Natural Cranberry with Vitamin C Vegi Capsules can be used daily.
Known for their sour flavour and bright red colour, Cranberries are a natural source of hippuric acid. The acid is commonly used by women to help ease the symptoms of cystitis.
Vitamin C has several important functions in the body, helping to support the normal function of the immune system.
Directions:
Take one to two vegetable capsules a day preferably at mealtimes, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed directions for use.

I was advised to start using cranberry for my bladder. I chose Solgar as it has fewest fillers in it and consists mainly of cranberry and vitamin C. It seems to work. Not cheap but worth it.
