Helps if you suffer from motion sickness.
Amazing, helpful on my travels a long side my travel sickness tablets. I get motion sickness and help towards me not vomiting on my trip from London to Thailand and back of course. Good flavour as well and pack size as I was popping them in my mouth constantly.
